The Minister of Labour has approved the amendments to the Dispute Resolution Agreement which have been published per Government Notice R.960 in Government Gazette No. 32616 dated 9 October 2009 with effect from 19 October 2009.

The amendments relate to minor changes to Rule 17 (“who may represent a party at the Council”) and Rule 22 (“what happens if a party fails to attend proceedings before the Council”).
