Key Performance Areas:
- Receive and allocate work to Regional Agents
- Monitor progress and provide expert knowledge to Agents and stakeholders where needed.
- Communicate Regional performance targets to all staff within the Region and ensure the targets are met
- Manage and communicate the performance of the region to the GM: Operations
- Coach and mentor agents where needed.
- Report any staff related matters to the GM: Operations
- Report any financial related matters to the General Manager Operations and the General Manager Finance
- Conduct onsite visits and conduct jurisdictional verifications
- Oversee the registration of new Companies and the updating of the system at all times
- Represent the MEIBC at Council meetings, demarcation hearings, arbitrations etc.
- Reporting
- Represent the Council at Demarcations
- Any other work-related instructions received from the GM: Operations
