Job Description

Key Performance Areas:

  • Receive and allocate work to Regional Agents
  • Monitor progress and provide expert knowledge to Agents and stakeholders where needed.
  • Communicate Regional performance targets to all staff within the Region and ensure the targets are met
  • Manage and communicate the performance of the region to the GM: Operations
  • Coach and mentor agents where needed.
  • Report any staff related matters to the GM: Operations
  • Report any financial related matters to the General Manager Operations and the General Manager Finance
  • Conduct onsite visits and conduct jurisdictional verifications
  • Oversee the registration of new Companies and the updating of the system at all times
  • Represent the MEIBC at Council meetings, demarcation hearings, arbitrations etc.
  • Reporting
  • Represent the Council at Demarcations
  • Any other work-related instructions received from the GM: Operations
